| Welcome to the Aldershot Fencing Club Looking forward to Thursday 11th April hope you all had plenty of chocolate because we will work it off New term will start on the 18th April and terms fees will be due then up to the summer. Congratulations to Zoe Sudderick on her 3rd placing in the u/17 National Championships 2013 CONGRATULATIONS to LIZ NG on winning the Beazley British Championships 2012 ladies FOIL. Welcome back It is time to start all the hard work again. Good luck to all those that are entering the southern region age group qualifiers for the national age group championships on the may bank holiday. I would also like to thank the Chinese National Sabre team for their visit. We are extremely honoured to have a visit from them. We wish them all the best in the competition this week end in Guildford. The competition will happen in the Surrey sports park starting lunchtime Friday finishing Saturday. There will then be another competition on Sunday. The Aldershot Fencing Club wants to promote the sport of fencing for everyone. Young or old, competitive or recreational, fencing is fun for everyone. Join us during our weekly training events or at school sports or PE sessions. The Aldershot Fencing Club is located in the Aldershot - Guildford - Farnham area in Surrey (UK) and is the continuation of one of the oldest fencing clubs in the UK. Its training venue is easily accessible and its provides a high standard of fencing in a friendly, but competitive atmosphere.
